Random Program
Includes all services required to comply with U.S. DOT regulations
for random testing program:
- all fees related to the required random drug & alcohol
tests (collection fees for tests anywhere in North America, courier
costs, certified laboratory screening and confirmation, Medical
Review Officer review of all tests and interview to confirm positives,
reporting of results)
- computerized random selection according to DOT requirements
- maintenance of random pool - employer and worker orientation
- annual statistics report - help with any audit requirements
- regular program updates - on-going program assistance

Development of Company Policy
Averages $500 - $1000 depending on complexity. Includes time
spent consulting with workplace committee, drafting & editing
as necessary, development of worker hand-book and workplace posters,
delivery of finished product on disk.

Supervisor Training
Half day workshop with user-friendly reference binder to assist
supervisors in implementing substance abuse prevention program
and managing any reasonable suspicion cases. We offer class-room
training twice per year or in- house training with ability to
customize the binder.

Laboratory Drug Screen Test
Includes collection, courier, certified laboratory analysis and
confirmation, Medical Review Officer management of positives,
reporting of test results, confidential record management.

Includes collection and utilization of 5-minute drug screen device.
For legal reasons, tests which screen positive must be sent for
laboratory confirmation for an additional $90 lab fee.
